Polenta with Butter and Parmigiana

Ingredients

So simple and so delicious. 

4-6 servings

  • Prepared polenta made with 2 cups of cornmeal
  • ¼ pound unsalted butter melted
  • 6 tablespoons quality grated parmigiana cheese
  • Reserved hot water if needed

Instructions

  1. While still hot, blend in melted butter and parmigiana. If needed add some additional hot water.

  2. Serve Immediately.

Polenta with Ragu

  1. Prepare "Polenta with Butter and Parmigiana" above.

  2. Place a generous scoup of polenta in each bowl and top with Pete's Bolognese Sauce (Pasta with Red Tomato Sauces tab).

  3. Sprinkle with additional parmigiana to taste.
